Great condo! We had plenty of space and the property was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Great location and very easy to access. Parked behind OMC smokehouse and had no issues. The only thing I would recommend is using white noise at night as the gym below has early classes.

Host was very responsive. Ran into an issue but it was resolved very quickly. The lack of parking in the winter adds an additional expense but the loft was very clean and updated. Will stay here again.

Everything was great but I need to provide this overall rating because of the parking situation. No parking is allowed between the hours of 2 am and 6 am and the parking lot nearby charges 2/hr. The other option would to be park a block away for free. Good luck in the winter for finding parking. The other problem is you have a 50/50 chance of getting the correct door to enter. After trying the door code at the wrong door we went to the next door which was the correct one ( the doors should be number to make things a little easier). The property was nicely decorated and we furnished. My wife loved the size of the bathtub.

AWESOME!!

The loft is gorgeous, very spacious, super comfortable bed, beautiful linens. The bathroom is wonderful, the tub was amazing. Big TV with all the cable channels. We loved it, I would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again if I go to Duluth.

Great Location

We really like this area of Duluth and we're happy to find a new spot to stay. Being within walking distance of food and shops is a huge perk. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The entrance and access to the apartment were easy to find thanks to detailed information from the host. The only downside, as others have mentioned, is the parking. The paid lots would normally be great due to low cost and proximity, but we unfortunately arrived during the midst of a large event at Bent Paddle. This meant the closest parking was several blocks away. In hindsight we could have checked the event schedule for the neighborhood but if a dedicated parking spot could be made for this apartment it would be a fantastic choice.

Excellent stay

It was a very beautiful and well put together space. Very spacious and could be ideal for 4-6 people. The location is excellent with walking distance to so many local restaurants and breweries it was just lovely. I do need to warn people though, the Michigan is above a gym. So if you’re not up by a good time you will be. Otherwise excellent stay and would definitely stay again/recommend this VRBO to my friends.

Beautiful Loft

We were very impressed with our accommodations as soon as we entered the loft! Very beautiful, comfortable and clean! We enjoyed the shops and restaurants! It was so different than 30 years ago when we lived in Duluth! The only negative comment I have and is very common among rentals is we were unable to access local news or basic television channels. It does not bother me as much as my husband and is probably an issue with our generation ( or not ) but is not a deal breaker. We would stay here again if we visit Duluth!

Cool place

Very spacious studio with cool decorations. Stationed in close proximity to cute coffee shops and breweries. Quality food choices close by or within a short drive further downtown. Parking was a bit of a hassle and signage was limited but we didn't run into any issues parking on the streets. Would definitely go back.
