Summary:
The apartment has been completely renovated in May 2024. Our large apartment with 3 bedrooms, big kitchen, bathroom and free parking is able to comfortably accommodate up to 11 people (including children). A good option for families, travelers and business trips. The Apartment is located 30 min from Airport Dusseldorf and Exhibition Center. There are all basic necessities, including free Wi-fi, TV, washing machine, Netflix. We have a bbq area with a Weber grill in the courtyard for our guest.
The Space:
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
In the first bedroom, there are two single beds (2 adults).
The second bedroom has a twin bed and a sofa bed (4 people).
The third bedroom has a twin bed, a sofa bed and a baby cot (up to 4 adults + 1 baby).
Total accommodation capacity is up to 10 adults + 1 baby.

Düsseldorf International Airport DUS - 31km (28 minutes by car)
A major transport hub for Germany and Europe.
Düsseldorf Old Town - 34km (35 minutes by car)
Many important sights are concentrated here and virtually every street is famous for something.

The largest exhibition centre where a variety of international and local events (exhibitions, presentations and more) take place.
Venlo, Netherlands - 41 km (40 minutes by car)

The location of the apartment is very convenient. It is only 30 minutes from Dusseldorf airport. The autobahn is close by, so you can easily reach any destination without any traffic problems. The apartment is located in a green residential area of Duisburg. The Rhine is a five minute walk away. There is a long and beautiful walking and cycling path along the river, as well as playgrounds and sports areas. Supermarkets (Lidl, Penny, Kaufland) are located nearby. The city center is 15 minutes away by car and 25 minutes by tram. The tram stop is only 5 minutes away.
There are three parking spaces in the backyard, so you can park your car without worrying about its safety. In case you have more than two cars, there is also a parking space on the street or a huge free parking place (for vans and buses) in 200 meters.

Die Wohnung ist toll und gross.Aussreichen für 5-6 Personen. Mann kann sie gut erreichen. Ein kleinen Abzug für die Parkmöglichkeiten und Abends ist es etwas störend da die Nachbarn gerne Feiern.Aber man sitzt sehr Zentral und hat gute Möglichkeiten alles in Duisburg zu besuchen. Sehr wilkommen waren die Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer, bei heissen Tagen Gold Wert. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Tolle Wohnung für die ganze Familie
Wir haben ein paar Nächte über Weihnachten in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und dort auch mit der Familie gefeiert. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, hier fehlt nichts! Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber, hier kann man es sich gemütlich machen. Einen Hund konnten wir auch mitbringen. Eine Kleinigkeit muss man aber wissen, wenn man vom absoluten Land kommt ist man die Stadtgeräusche (nicht unangenehm laut, aber vorhanden) nicht gewohnt und sollte Ohropax mitnehmen.

Fijn appartement met veel ruimte
Heerlijk verblijf, voldoende faciliteiten aanwezig. Schoon en netjes en genoeg plek voor een ieder. Als je met een grote groep bent kan het een mooie uitdaging zijn met 1 badkamer en wc, maar dit doet niet af bij de rest van het verblijf. Raad deze plek zeker aan!

Genung Platz für Alle
Wir haben zwei Nächte in dieser Wohnung geschlafen. Mit fünf Erwachsenen und einem Hund war hier genug Raum für Alle. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sehr Sauber, mit allen Ausstattungen. Die Umgebung ist ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber der Rhein ist nicht weit weg und dort lässt es sich gut spazieren. Der Empfang und die Kommunikation war freundlich. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
