Ideal for a couple with children or two couples of friends, this charming flat will win you over with its comfort, large private terrace overlooking the water and direct access to the lake from the residence's private beach.

The rotunda terrace, measuring around 70 m², is accessed via large picture windows from the bedroom and living room. It offers exceptional views of the mountains and the Château de Duingt.

The flat comprises

- A bright living room opening onto the rotunda terrace, with panoramic views of the lake and mountains
- A convivial dining area for 6 people facing the lake
- A modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen

- Bathroom with bath and double washbasins

- Bedroom 1: master suite with king-size bed (180x200), direct access to the terrace

- The regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop close to the accommodation, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 40 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 1 hour 15 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you come by car, you will have a private parking space in the residence car park. A public car park is also available nearby if required.
