Villa Lipa is carefully designed and fully equipped for a modern and comfortable stay on each of the 3 levels. The whole interior has plenty of natural light and big glass walls. It can accommodate 10 people max in 4 bedrooms and one living/game room.
Villa Lipa consists of:
LOWER GROUND FLOOR offers Bedroom No1 with two single beds which can be connected to the double, a family bathroom, a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, and a playroom with a sofa bed that can be used for sleeping arrangements for two people.
The playroom is equipped with a game console PS4 and a projector, so this room has a double purpose. Next to the bedrooms is a sauna.
GROUND FLOOR consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, a living area with fireplace, a toilet, and a direct exit to the pool area with a private, infinity heated pool, six lounge chairs, and a summer kitchen with grill and outdoor dining area.
The FIRST FLOOR includes three bedrooms, each with an en-suite luxury bathroom and with air conditioning. Master Bedroom No. 2 has a huge bathroom with a shower, bath, two sinks, a bidet, and a toilet, an exit to the balcony with outdoor furniture, and a magnificent sea view.
Bedroom No. 3 has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and sea views. Bedroom No. 4 is a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony.
There are 4 parking places secured on private property.
