The modern equipped holiday home is located just about 50 metres from the magnificent sandy beach, which gently slopes into the sea and is ideal for families with children. Here you can enjoy sun, sea and Mediterranean tranquillity in the best location – with all important facilities such as restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and leisure opportunities in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is located on the first floor and offers space for two to three people on approximately 44 m². The bright living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine and dining table. From the adjacent living area, you can directly access the covered terrace with sea view - the ideal place for breakfast in the sunshine or a relaxed evening overlooking the Adriatic.
The separate bedroom has a cosy double bed and an additional armchair that serves as a sleeping option for another person. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, bed linen and towels are provided.
Guests can also use the barbecue area in the outdoor area and, if needed, use the landlord's washing machine (for a fee). A parking space is available directly at the house.
