Welcome to Duck Creek Village at 8500 ft!
In winter, our cabins offer a serene escape, but preparation is key for a safe journey. Here's what you need to know:
Before you set off:
1. Get real-time road conditions and weather updates with Utah's UDot app and Wunderground's website (zip code 84762).
2. Plan your travel wisely and avoid winter storms.
Once snow arrives:
• Highway 14 may have snow, and our gravel roads will be snowy. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required, with chains recommended.
• Snow removal is prioritized, but please keep in mind that we contract with snowplow companies who only plow after 6” or more of snow for driveways, and they will prioritize guests who check in or check out first, followed by groups who are mid stay.
• Power outages are rare, but if they occur, contact management and we will provide an update on the situation promptly.
Keep in mind:
• Nighttime arrivals may find limited services, so plan accordingly.
• While we're a small village, we're here to ensure your winter adventure is memorable and safe.
For a stress-free getaway, call us ahead to tailor your trip to perfection!

Very quiet and nice

The TV remote was missing in bedroom by kitchen, dishwasher may need to be replaced the soap would never drop from the holder. There were two dirty towels hanging in the bathroom like someone just used them from the hot tub or something. Coffee one cup pot is on the fritz. Property Mgr was very nice offered to bring us a new coffee pot but we declined. Property was perfectly beautiful and those were just little things that all homes have little things. Just wanted to mention them so they could fix it for next guest.

Mislead

The listing was misleading so we were one bed short. We couldn't open the windows because none of them had screens on them. The pots were filthy and we had to wash all of them. The ceiling fan in the living room didn't work, and the one in the bathroom was hanging off. Also, the hot tub leaked when the jets were turned on. The best part was when a Realtor came by and put a For Sale sign. That explained why nothing was fixed. The property manager pretty much ghosted us after our initial phone call.

Great “in-between” spot for Bryce and Zions

We stayed for our son’s spring break. It was my husband and I, our adult daughter and her fiance and our teenage son. The house was absolutely perfect! Each morning I would make coffee, open all the blinds and just enjoy the peace and quiet. The location is perfect for doing a quick trip to the parks and then return for hot tubing, movies, games, etc. The property management company was attentive and responsive. Would stay here again!

Nice place in the mountains

Really nice place. We where just 2 people but I believe specially if you come with 2 or 3 kids that place is nice cause of the second living room. Otherwise, our only critique would be the quality of the mattresses. It's a pity that they were very worn out. And the smoke detector in the kitchen goes off during normal cooking, which is quite annoying. But all in all, we had a really nice time. Unfortunately, the dishwasher is not working properly. You have run it twice or three times. Since of not use chlorine or a filter, we haven't used the jacuzzi in the last few days of a two weeks stay. I believe they would have changed water if we asked for, but we didn’t. Communication with the management was really great!!!
