The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, and thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer make packing light easy. Also, there is a convenient stairway straight to downtown within a one minute walk from the house! This home is perched up on the bluff, so you have amazing views from the home and a lookout that is a 30 second walk down the block.
