Apartments Villa Elly are situated in a perfect location for your holidays in Dubrovnik. We are situated in a quiet dead end street only 10 minutes walk from the Old Town and about the same distance from the shopping area, ferry and bus terminal.
We provide all the necessary facilities that a good accommodation should have and most important of all we are always willing to help our guests.
We are quite sure that you are going to have nice vacation with us.
Villa Elly's Apartment ANDREA consists of one bedroom, living/dining area, kitchenette, balcony with sea view and one bathroom.
It is on the second floor and all spaces are fully air conditioner (heating and cooling). It has flat cable TV, DVD player and
Wi-Fi (free of charge). It can accommodate 4 persons (one queen size bed and two single beds in living room), plus one auxiliary bed (at extra charge). We provide baby cot and high chair free of charge. Kitchenette is very well equipped and includes fridge, microwave, stove and washing machine. The linen and towels are provided as well as toiletries. Protected parking spot at 8 euro daily (subject to availability).
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. A flat-screen TV comes with cable channels and a DVD player, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

My wife and I spent three nights at Villa Elly's while visiting Dubrovnik after a cycling tour of the Dalmatian Islands. The 3rd floor unit is part of a multi-unit residence a short distance from the Old Town, and is accessed via an outside stairway. A small private terrace provided beautiful glimpses of the Adriatic and central Dubrovnik. The unit was clean and comfortable. Decor and furnishings were basic but functional and included a washing machine and air conditioning, both of which proved useful during our stay. Since we didn't really do any cooking during our stay, I can't really comment on how well equipped the kitchen was, but it appeared the basics were provided. Owners Elly and Andrija live on the first floor of the building. Elly personally checked us in upon our arrival, gave us an overview of the unit, and provided helpful recommendations for stores and restaurants throughout our stay. The location was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was very quiet in the evenings. Old Town was a 20 minute walk. Restaurants, grocery stores, a small bakery, and a coffee shop were also within a short walk or bus ride (from a nearby bus stop). A small church was only steps away. As the location is on a hillside, all walking involved stairs and hills. Overall, Villa Elly's was a great value for us given its central location, comfortable accommodations, and welcoming owners. Those seeking more modern or luxurious lodging, however, may want to consider other options.

Great location and fabulous host

Overall, this place was great. Washing machine in facility was helpful, the balcony gave a nice place to sit out to have coffee and the walk to busy old town was only 10min. Loved it.

A great holiday apartment.

The third floor apartment was a lovely place to base ourselves in Dubrovnik- our hosts were lovely and gave us very useful information and travel tips. We highly recommend it - it’s a lovely 10 minute walk into the old city and about the same distance to a swimming beach. Very convenient, spacious and quiet. We will be back!

Bonne location proche de la vieille ville

Appartement de bonne dimension pour 2 adultes. Deuxième étage, avec escalier mais terrasse avec une vue très agréable. Situé dans une rue très calme et équipé de doubles vitrages. Bon fonctionnement des équipement globalement (climatisation/chauffage, eau chaude, sanitaires, machine à laver, ...). Présence de produits de première nécessité, lessive, huile, vinaigre, ... 10 minutes à pied de la Porte Pile avec possibilité de passer par de petites rues non accessibles aux voitures mais avec des escaliers (très fréquents à Dubrovnik !). Gagnerait toutefois à être rafraîchi (prises de courant, peinture).

Really nice place

Very nice apartment at a 15-20 minutes walking distance from the city center. It was very clean and full equipped and with a fantastic terrace. Andrija and Elly were very kind and helped us with everything we needed. 100% recommend!!
