Het terras bood een prachtig uitzicht voor een kopje koffie in de ochtend, en de nabijheid van de markt was handig voor een snelle hap. Het gedeelde terras was perfect voor een kopje koffie in de ochtend en de keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien. Bovendien maakte de nabijheid van de oude stad het gemakkelijk om de omgeving te verkennen.
