This is an airbnb managed by a local property management. The location of the property is superb! Centrally located in the old town, with a convenience mini mart right in the same square as the property. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and it is spacious. The beds, beddings were cheap, and there weren't extra towels. But there is a heating rack in the bathrooms so we just dried our towels overnight on the heating racks so we'd have dry towels for the following days. Upon the first few minutes of entering the room, my son found hair in the drawer below the vanity sink in his bathroom. Also bread crumbs or cookie crumbs on his pillow. I later also found that both soap bottles pumps out soap that is watered down and it kind of grossed me out. The little bottles for body wash and shampoo were also refills into the same little bottles because one of the little bottles of body wash had two different colors in it. I didn't want to make it difficult for the hosting agent so I left out the hair part when I finally decided to contact her in the evening. She was apologetic and promised to have the cleaning ladies bring hand soap and fresh pillow cases to me in the morning and the cleaning ladies did so the next day. Dubrovnik is a lovely town, and this place wasn't horrible but it was just not up to our standards when we had stayed at a bunch of places prior to coming here.
