House needs some updating
The location is good and the area is beautiful although the road outside is pretty noisy. The outside area is nice and spacious although it could do with some more lighting. The pool is a good size but the tiles are coming off and 2 of our party cut their feet. The house could be great but is definitely showing signs of age... the banister is distressingly wobbly, the shutters are falling to pieces and let in a lot of light, especially as there are street lights outside. The main toilet seat was broken for the 2 weeks, even though we were promised someone would be coming to fix it, and the others don’t fit well. The bin in the kitchen was also broken. The beds and bedding are also showing signs of age. Floors were definitely grubby. Mato was very nice but as someone else has mentioned it seemed unnecessary that he turned up every other day. Definitely needs some money spending on it and, for what we paid, we were disappointed.
