Hedera Estate, Villa Hedera XI

Villa Hedera XI is situated on the island of Koločep or Kalamota as the locals call it is one of the Elaphite islands offering numerous coves, lush green hills and beautiful peaceful beaches. The island only has 165 inhabitants so it is a peaceful place offering a relaxing vacation.



The ground floor of the villa offers a fully equiped kitchen with a small dining table, a dining area, a living room, a bathroom and terrace with an outside dining area. The first floor has a spacious double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a double bedroom with a bathroom in the hall. The second floor offers two double bedrooms and a bathroom in the hall.



The villa is located in one of the only two settlements on the island only 20 meters from the sea. Just below the villa you will find a small local coffee shop and a restaurant for when you do not feel like cooking. A small grocery shop is approximately 2 minutes walking from the villa and the sandy beach is just 100 meters away. When you feel like spending a day in the city and visiting the Old Town of Dubrovnik, the boat stop is 100 meters from the villa and boats go several times a day with the boat ride being approximately 25 minutes.



Amenities include: Air-conditioning in all the rooms, a TV in all the rooms, satellite TV, a safe, Internet and BBQ.

The check in takes place at our central reception at the address Nikole Tesle 13, Dubrovnik, where you need to come first to collect the keys, register and get some useful information. The check in time is from 3 pm. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before that time and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants.
