Excellent location with lots of dining options. Using the hotels choice of transportation made arriving a breeze. Everything was perfect with a couple of issues. As a solo traveler I prefer to meet with someone at the property when I check in, this did not happen. There was no information on the room accessories. I(bathroom floor heater). My deadbolt didn’t work and there was no note or indication that it was broken. I attempt to get it to work for several moments each day till I asked manager/owner. The most important of all was someone entered my room even when I had a Do Not Disturb sign on door. When I asked about it, all I got was a shrug of shoulders and, “I don’t know who would do that”. I find that a little alarming. Overall, I would stay here again but would clearly make sure someone could personally check you in and get a tour of the room and clarify your privacy needs.

There was nobody to meet me at the facility in order that I could get my paperwork done so I could get reduced parking. The main complaint I have is once inside there was a lot of mould on the ceiling in the washroom which affected my breathing for the night .would not recommend this place

It was a beautiful place to stay and the woman who checked us in was so nice. Our boat got in really early but they worked to get our room ready as soon as possible and she sent us a message when it was ready. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend. It was a really quiet room despite the street outside being so busy. The transfers they organized were really convenient and on time.

Loved this property, CAVTAT is beautiful! Just a window away from the gorgeous Marina. Lots of dining option and and walking distance to several beach clubs. The property manager was great !

A Gem of a Spot!

I wish I had stayed longer! This spot was amazing and as a solo female traveler I felt very safe in Cavtat. The hotel manager was very welcoming. The views, the water and so many places to eat and relax. I would love to visit again and stay longer. It was very easy to grab ferries to different areas from right in front of the hotel. I took a small water ferry to Dubrovnik.

If you are looking for a perfect beach community on the Adriatic, this is it. Right out of a romcom movie. Be aware, this is in a pedestrian only area (except for local vehicles). If you take a taxi or uber, they will drop you off several blocks over cobblestone roads from this small bed and breakfast. It is up a long stone staircase from the street overlooking the harbor.

We had a wonderful one night stay in Cavtat at the start of our trip. Communication was great, directions/photos for checking in was easy, and the hotel is in the perfect location in the center of town. The included breakfast was good & provided various options. The menu tells you what you are entitled to, and anything more would be a charge. It was small and quiet and just what we needed to start our trip!

Our hostess Nora provided detailed instructions and was a huge help in arranging transportation from the airport to our hotel (especially helpful since we arrived late at night 10 pm). Air conditioned room was wonderful after being out and about. The delicious breakfast (at restaurant Zino) is included and had many choices including traditional English breakfast, fresh fruit, omelets, and more. We loved jogging/walking on the trails and shopping at the local stores. Cavtat is an amazing place and the Villa Faggioni hotel is in the heart of the town. Loved it!

I had very high expectations for this B&B -- the photos made it look spacious and open, but unfortunately the place is actually very small. Rooms are tight and feel claustrophobic. The walls are very thin -- you can clearly hear conversations from the room next door. The roof terrace is nothing like the photos -- just a little open space, shared with some other apartments up the hill. The breakfast is OK (a little confusing, but OK) -- though my orders got mixed up both mornings. The one redeeming factor is location -- you can walk downstairs, to the promenade, or take the ferry to Dubrovnik from right across the B&B.
