This very valuable, special Dalmatian vacation home consists of two buildings placed on a hill with beautiful views of the sea and islands. The quiet environment creates privacy. The house is equipped with modern furniture and surrounded by a garden, where there is an outdoor pool, as well as a swing, seesaw and sandbox, and children can play in the fresh air. In addition to the above, there is also a room with sauna and fitness equipment, where you can also do physical activity. You can also play billiards and table tennis. On the first floor of the lower house is a large living room, ideal for relaxation, while the rooms are on the second floor. In the upper house on the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, where twelve people can dine or sit comfortably together. On the second floor are also bedrooms and a gallery with working area. The owner can arrange a rental car or boat for clients to better explore the Dubrovnik area and islands. The house is ideal for two or more families with children, as all six bedrooms have private bathrooms.
