My accommodation was lovely and clean with a nice window with a view. The apartment was everything you need for a break away as location was perfect for the old town and transport. The steps to the apartment (4th floor) could be seen as difficult with a suitcase as there is a few of them winding up the building but well worth it and safe. Would recommend.

Lovely and clean and amazing location. Our fault for not realising the room was on the 4th floor and 50 steps up a spiral staircase (dodgy knees) but would still 100% recommend.

Great locations, minutes walking distance from everything in old town. Perfect location of you want to do excursions to Montenegro and Bosnia too. Clean room, nice bathroom, small kitchen with all necessary facilities

Loved this place! The communication was fantastic, it was bright and clean. It’s in the level of old town (no extra stairs except in the actual building, we were on top floor and it was tough with suitcases but doable!) and a 5 minute walk to pile gate where you catch Ubers and meet for tours. Everything is so close! Our view was amazing! Just lived it. The only con is you only get one key. I asked for 2, no go. You need a key for electricity so having one, we weren’t able yo charge our external chargers while we were gone. A few times we left the door cracked open.

Could not reccomend this property more for couples or solo travelers looking for a place to stay in dubrovnik. So clean, with great ammenities provided. Perfect location down a quiet street while still being a 5-10 minute walk max from all key locations in the old town! The staff were helpful and easily contactable via whatsapp/tect during working hours and offered clear guidance and information in advance. Really is a gem in this city!

The apartment was of a high standard. Very clean and plenty of space for a couple. The location in the old town was perfect, with all the bars and restaurants very close by. It was also only a short walk to the old harbour, Stradun and the Jesuit Stairs. I found the apartment very easy to find, even at night when I arrived. There were no steps to contend with while carrying luggage, which in the old town is a huge convenience. I would stay again

It was an amazing location right in the middle of old town. Everything was nicely furnished and had all mod cons. What I didn't like is check out at 10am, zero coffee maker or coffee supplies, no cooking oil, no place to dry anything. The place is tiny. Felt very sausage factory production line like, never saw a human, in and out.

Perfect location and spotlessly clean.

Fantastic location inside the old city. Super quiet despite being so close to busy restaurants and outdoor cinema. Very comfortable. Only downsides : microwave placement a little high for easy use by a short person, such as me and couldn't work out how to operate the coffee machine!

This property was in the heart of the old town which made it so accessible for everything. The room was freshly cleaned for us and we had excellent communication throughout. They even let us extend our check out by an hour to accommodate our flight times. Would highly recommend this apartment!!!!

Very small but well appointed room. Location in the old town was excellent, a quiet street with very little through traffic, although on two of our three nights the courtyard next to our room was an outdoor cinema, but finished reasonably early, so did not disturb us much. The table and chairs on the street outside the main door to the apartments was a god send, to enjoy a quiet drink before dinner in the fresh air, as there was not enough space in the studio apartment for two to sit comfortably. However, given Dubrovnik is all about getting out and about, the lack of aparrment space was more than offset by the great location within the city walls.

Wonderful place to stay. We just had a little hiccup with the safe, but they fixed it right away (service was amazing). I sent a message, and they accommodated us right away!!! They are very professional and any questions or concerns, they were on it right away. The location is very convenient too. Dining and shopping is right around the corner. The outdoor movie is outside the window, but they have double pane windows, so it was not bad. You can even watch, if you want. The view from our window was pretty too, must enjoy that if you stay here. The place is very clean but watch out for the shorter ceiling, my husband hit his head a few times.... but this is normal in smaller spaces like these (we stayed in top floor). Our stay is wonderful, and I will recommend this to all my friends and families. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place. I would definitely stay here again and again and again.

Checking in was really smooth, once inside at the foot of the staircase we experienced a strong odd smell, which is the staircase covering or the glue that bonds the rubber to the metal staircase. The fumes it gives off are disgusting. The room itself is functional and the bathroom is 5 out of 5. Air con is also good. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we experienced lots of noise from the room above. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room floor was filthy, hair, toe nails, and covered in dust. Fortunately there’s a dustpan in the room, so we swept the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. We made the hotel group aware but they never responded so thought we should put it in a review. They had the opportunity to resolve the issue but chose to ignore it.
