It started about 36 hours before we were to arrive. The host said we must send a copy of everyone’s passport or official ID before they would send us the entry information. We did not want to give strangers that intimate information. They insisted saying that they wanted to make sure we were not children. After seeing our passports, they would decide on the amount of our security We covered all but our pictures and date of birth. The key was about two blocks away at a store. We had to download an app to get the instructions to enter the building. There were several videos with instructions. It was very conveniently located. That was the only plus. The apartment was filthy. We wanted to use the tea kettle, but there was black scum covering the bottom. There was mold all around the bathtub. The curtains and very thin towels had stains. There was chewed gum in one of the corners of a bedroom window. Those were just the high lights. The host did nothing about this except ask for pictures. They did not take care of any of the problems. There was lots of empty parking spaces in the court yard at the complex. We asked if we could park there. We were told to use the public parking lot about a ten minute walk away from the apartment. We would have been glad to pay to use their parking. I do not recommend this place at all.
