Delightful Tiny House with stunning views in the Dublin Mountains!

We have made a unique, quirky space for you to enjoy & experience tiny house living. You are welcome to come and stay in our luxurious haven of peace and tranquility to escape from the stresses of life!! Enjoy the Summer evenings looking out over the Valley. The views are really beautiful. There is a mezzanine bedroom area which is accessed by a staircase, it has a double bed up on a mezzanine floor, the height under the mezzanine floor is 180cm. Welcome Breakfast package including Brown Bread, Local farm fresh eggs and some other treats! 30mins from Dublin Airport & City Centre!

The space
Mountain View Tiny House is situated in the picturesque valley of Glenasmole, nestled in the foothills of the Dublin mountains with a meandering stream at your doorstep. The property overlooks Kippure Mountain in a tranquil environment. Fully equipped kitchen area with a 2 ring hob, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, mini oven, toaster and a mini fridge. Towels and bed linen are supplied as well as tea and coffee, cooking equipment and crockery. A fold away table for dining and workspace. Sitting room area with comfy couch with Smart TV and Internet access. There is a log burning stove in the living area. Full shower facilities with electric shower in fully tiled room.

Guest access
You will have the entire Tiny House plus a dedicated outdoor space & a garden area to yourselves during your stay. This tiny house is in a superb rural location for walkers, cyclists, a romantic getaway or anyone just looking to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature by taking in the breathtaking views.

Other things to note
Own transportation is essential for guests staying at the tiny house. We are in a rural location where public transport is not accessible.

We are now operating a minimum two night stay.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The best equipped property we've ever stayed at. Every smallest detail had been considered. One evening there was a mighty storm outside, we felt really safe, warm and cosy by the wood burning stove. We felt humbled by the generosity and kindness afforded to us by Lisa and Paul.

A great place to stay!

This is a lovely little holiday home in a most beautiful area. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Check in/out was faultless and Linda & Paul were extremely welcoming, leaving some delicious provisions for us to enjoy. It would be great to return one day and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Cycling trip

Fantastic area to explore on 2 wheels or 2 feet. Plenty of trails to choose from. The house is fantastic and so well equipped with everything you could think you would ever need. The host was great offering ideas and tips for us.

Cutest fairy cottage

Lisa was so accommodating with the change of plans I had for this stay. The cottage is situated overlooking the mountains and Lisa’s little touches everywhere were so cute. The fairy lights made the whole place look magical, not to mention providing us with almost every item we could have thought of. The thoughtfulness of all the items within the cottage, as well as additional items in the shed outside provided us with the perfect stay. The place is magical!

Enchanting cottage

From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with this tiny house! Lisa was in communication with us before our arrival and helped guide us there, so we wouldn’t get lost. The property is situated in beautiful mountains surrounded by rolling hills and sheep grazing. The yard is lovingly landscaped with beautiful plants,flowers, and a fairy tree that is lighted at night. The house was immaculate and thoroughly appointed with everything we needed. We were met by Lisa with warm hospitality and a loaf of her homemade bread and fresh eggs, which became our dinner after a long first day of travel. We hope to return to the tiny house sometime, not only because it was absolutely perfect for our first night in Ireland, but also to see Lisa again! We were so happy to have chosen this tiny home and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the beauty and charm of Ireland!

Relaxing and beautiful location

We loved our stay here! Lisa communicated very well and had so many nice touches that made our stay homey and enjoyable. The location is beautiful and only about 10 minutes away from the nearest coffee shop and grocery store. The surrounding roads are very narrow (you have to pull into a driveway if another car is coming the opposite way) so be aware of that especially if you are new to driving in Ireland.

Amazing stay for first time in Ireland

I can't express how happy I was with my stay, not only in Ireland for the first time, but how fortunate I Wass to stay at the tiny house that Lisa and her Husband hosted. The place was very clean, cozy and had everything I needed. The yard was so pretty and getting up in the morning to see such greet views was awesome. It is just a couple of of minutes worth of a drive up that mountain and you will have some gorgeous views of of tht contains and hills, and seeing run set. They were such gracious hosts and I highly recommend anyone visiting this area and staying here. I'd gladly come back when I can! What a perfect time I had there and loved talking and hanging out with them both.

The hosts were very kind and obviously put a lot of thoughtfulness and care into their tiny house. The walks, drives, and views in general are wonderful nearby. The freshly baked bread and local eggs were delicious for breakfast. We would love to stay there again!
