very nice checkin very friendly bathroom window Louvre missing very cold. smelling drain in bathroom very hard to get warm. the Oxley restaurant slow service meal was terrible lamb shank not cooked properly

The shower had a lot of mould, especially at the base around the grouting. 2 lights didn’t work. There was no fan in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was in a very bad position when sitting. There was only one 1coffee mug. The bed was way too soft and mattress moved over when getting up. The whole place needs updating. Sorry, but was NOT good value.

Cheapest offer in town, small room, but perfectly ok. Kitchen was understaffed and took 3 goes to get room service right, but were very apologetic. TV does not have access to free to air apps such as iView or 10 Play

There was NO hot water...and when questioned about it..was told that it had been a problem for some days but our booking was still accepted despite the problem. When we complained were told that the plumbers would be there in 10 mins...or the next day! When we lwft. No on site reception..so nothing done. Just lies.

The place it's dirty, the showers full of fungus (I have pictures in case they said it's not true) overpriced for an old broken place. Don't respect the term of the bookings I requested pay on arrival because we were a group so everyone will pay for their rooms and the hotel charged my credit card early in the morning when the check-in was at 2pm. TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTING NEVER AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
