Beautiful venue

Beautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope Westminster could sort that bit out but I don’t think it’s their fault. Once internet was sorted whilst there it was smooth flow. Even the carpark area was rude to the bell boy whilst he tried to help guests.

weird place

the reception is one guy in the lobby with a tablet the key is a unique card (only one) that if I loose it the cost is 300 euro (an I loose hotel keys all the the time) no tv n the rooms (there is one but it does not work)
