I was really looking forward to checking out the property, especially since I used to live next door and expected a similar level of service and amenities. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. I initially gave it the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might have been an off day, but on my final night, I tried dinner again and was served undercooked pasta. I chose not to complain at the time and just took it as a lesson learned. In addition to the food, the service overall was not up to the standard I expected. The staff could really benefit from further training, especially in hospitality and service delivery. Housekeeping was another challenge entirely. That said, the location is fantastic—but there’s definitely room for improvement across the board.

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around. All the facilities are in very good condition, and the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. The views of the Burj Khalifa are amazing!
