This amazing apartment is in the best part of JBR & Marina, next to the beach with stunning full views of the sea and Ain Dubai (the world's biggest Ferris wheel). It will provide you with all the comfort and happiness feeling needed to turn your Dubai visit into the ultimate experience inspired by a zen and yoga soul with Asian touches.

The apartment has a fully equipped and modern kitchen, spacious living room with luxurious furniture, a daybed to relax or meditate, lots of character and a balcony with a swing, table and chairs to enjoy memorable sunsets at the sea.

There are 2 bedrooms also with full sea view and 2.5 bathrooms with bathtubs and showers. You can enjoy our home theatre and watch DVDs, play games, read a book, have a massage, or enjoy an espresso all available for the ultimate enjoyment.

The building complex has 3 swimming pools, fully equipped gym, basketball pitch, ping pong tables, playground, for the little ones. There is also a variety of shops, restaurants and activities within 1 min walk - large supermarket Carrefour 30 meters away, Starbucks 100 meters away, Massage Center or Escape Room 80 meters away, to name just a few.

The public beach is in front of the building and a perfect place to enjoy some of the best places to visit in Dubai. Also next to the building is The Walk and The Beach at Jumeirah Beach Residence, a large complex with an open shopping mall where “cafes meet high-street shopping and beachside relaxations meet the latest blockbuster films” (35 restaurants, 21 shops, beach club, bars, cinema and kids play areas).

Our tip for a fun adventure is to splash into AquaFun, the largest inflatable waterpark in the world spanning a total of 2,700 sqm. There are over 110 different games for you to climb, jump and slide around endlessly.

Great Location in JBR

First impressions were great. It was convenient. The doormen were polite and helpful. We had nice views from each bedroom and the lounge.
