Our charming Studio apartment is located on the 6th floor so the views are cool. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include free access to a gym , so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.!!), you'll also love the view which is great to enjoy the morning coffee.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

The apartment fits 2 people comfortably in a Queen bed.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee.

The nearest supermarket is super close as well as other useful shops. The nearest public transport is the bus line which is a short walk away. There are free parking spaces under the building.

Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and Uber is available in Dubai if you choose.

Other Things to Note:
COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

AC TEMPARATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
