one of the best 5 Star hotels in Dubai. I have stay at several in Dubai, this is number 1. felt welcome when I reach the front door of the hotel was greeted with a warm smile. Within a day most of the staff knew my name. They took time out to make sure you had a wonderful stay.
never disappoints! Tokyo, Singapore and now Dubai are excellent! The staff is outstanding friendly and helpful! As a SPG Platinum Member we had to pay for the Club Lounge, this surprised us. The Club Lounge has wonderful staff and the Manageress Mrs Fischer is perfect. Friendly, nice, you feel someone is taking care. The food is tasteful and fresh. We are looking forward for the next Ritz-Carlton!
me and my husband went for this iftar more than 4 times in 2016 & 2017 , it's amazing , service ,food and location , everything was super , we recommend this place if you are looking for a fine dining experience in the center of dubai
Nice hotel. Well located close to down town and dubai mall. The rooms are spacious. The food is ok, breakfast in particular. No view from the rooms. The meeting facilities are well organized and well equipped.
In the heart of Dubai, one of the most luxurious hotels in town. The rooms where spacious and the service was top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or family trips. Will definitely be back. Thank you team Ritz DIFC
Upgraded to club lounge and was taken well care of by the excellent staff. Lounge gave a place to meet in addition to having meals and catching up on news and events. Proximity to Dubai financial centre also was useful. Each and every club level staff was excellent attentive and wanted to do their best to please.
Its a fantastic hotel near DIFC with best breakfast staff is really awesome and they help you to the T .. I would like to mention Mr. Anil Kumar (bell boy) he has been very proactive and helpful in everything. I have never seen this kind of service via someone line Anil.. advise to people take a higher floor
We stayed in this hotel on our second half of vacation in Dubai. The first one we stayed close to the beach at the palm jumeriah. We decided to stay here after the beach area since it’s in downtown and close to the city life. The check in was very smooth, the front desk clerk who catered to us was very informative and welcoming. Knowing it’s a 5 star hotel, we were expecting more from this hotel. Unfortunately, we kept our hopes up and the hotel didn’t deliver much. The decor on the lobby is very bland. It’s too “businessy” ,It’s not that welcoming. We we’re given instructions on where the elevator and how to go up to our floor but no one escorted us to the elevators. It’s unlike other 5 star hotels (like four seasons, the langham and etc.) when we got to our room, it was nothing extraordinary. It’s just a simple four walled room and we were told that it was already an upgrade. I’m a gold member of Marriott and SPG so I was hoping for a better room upgrade (other than that, I used amex platinum to book the hotel giving me more chances of an upgrade). The breakfast was lackluster. I guess this is a Dubai thing since the breakfast we had in sofitel and Hilton wasn’t good as well. The selection was not as what we expected in this kind of hotel in this country. One of the days we stayed, we found a cockroach in the room. We immediately notified the front desk which they immediately acted on it. A manager came and apologized personally for what happened and offered to send us to another room. Unfortunately, we were leaving that day so we declined. We did appreciate the fact that they offered to give us another room. Before checking in, I already informed them that my husband was celebrating his birthday and asked them if they could arrange something special for him. It seemed like they’re never going to do it even after following up with them. But I guess the cockroach incident helped us since they prepared him a small dessert with greetings. We believe that if not for the cockroach incident, they will never do it for us since they did it very late and did it after the said incident. Overall, it was ok. We just expected much from this hotel that it let us down. In a country like Dubai where it’s known to be overflowing with richness and grandiosity, they failed to showcase that.
Ialthough high price but it's value for the money I used many ritz CARLTON in Far East and they are all perfect the club lounge was very friendly personal best I have seen all of the them tries their best to help you
