We have just returned from a lovely week at Ritz Carlton. Hotel has many mixed reviews on TA but on the whole is a good hotel. We arrived to a lovely, friendly welcome and were taken to club lounge which we had very kindly had an upgrade to. We were disappointed with check in, sat almost an hour waiting for someone to check us in. However once we were taken to our room which was a lovely ocean view, spacious and clean. Sam and his housekeeping staff looked after us wonderfully with lots of special touches for our anniversary. Some of the bath towels were very thin though. All the staff were friendly and polite with special thanks to Robber and Wasid at pool bar who made us great cocktails every day. Sun bed cushions around adult pool are very thin and need replacing. We had some wonderful treatments at the spa, Shelby was a wonderful therapist for all of my treatments. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. Just a few things that need attention for a five star hotel.

We came here from the U.S. for our honeymoon and the Ritz was the first place we stayed in Dubai. Upon arrival we were presented with fresh juice and our room was decked out with rose petals, chocolate and a small cake. Those touches make all the difference and is what the Ritz is known for. We had a beautiful beach view and enjoyed the beach and the pools during our stay. The location is great and staff are very helpful in providing directions. The hotel was beautifully decorated with floral arrangements and there are many restaurants to choose from or others within walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing for Friday brunch. Went with 2 resident friends. Themed around London and the tube - great idea! The food was out of this world. Christian our waiter was lovely. We had a feast of food from around the world. Will never forget the experience. Top notch!!!!

We have just returned from a trip to Dubai and spent our first 2 nights at the Ritz Carlton on Jumeria Beach It is simply perfect, the rooms, the pools, the beach and the staff are all amazing! We couldn’t find fault with anything, even the gym is state of the art!

I have nothing but praise for all the staff here and Mohamed for making our special day perfect, nothing was too much trouble, We had a small wedding ceremony on the lawn on the 28th October followed by afternoon tea which was the best we've tasted. Mohamed also reserved the Plaza area and decorated it lovely for our family. From start to finish it was a very special experience and we can't wait to come back to the hotel for another stay.

I have visited so many hotels in Dubai. This one is acceptable. Well equipped updated gym. Shaded pools. Attractive kids pool, however it’s closed at the sunset time. But there are mazes to reach the kids club. You have to walk to reach your suite. Even the corridors leading to the reception are not well conditioned. Overall it was acceptable and we enjoyed a good time.

The Ritz-Carlton Jumeirah is a perfect choice to stay in Dubai. It is located along the JBR Walk, and this luxury resort offers distinctive Emirati experiences, sophisticated rooms and suites and international cuisine. It's situated on the beach and offers the perfect location for watching the sun go down. ... plenty of massage at your choise and even for kids pools and kinder garden ... I have been many times in Dubai , and it has been my best choice so far.

Overcrowded. Poor beach & pool service, no-one assists you set up nor comes around taking food and beverage orders & recliner cushions are in appalling worn out condition, torn & badly stained, in urgent need of recovering. Rooms in old wing are very outdated. Furniture in new wing is antiquated so does not go with the contemporary bathroom so there's no symmetry to the decor. Very noisy at night as there's a night club right besides the hotel so blaring music late into the night, + very families with young rowdy kids frequented hotel so it's not a serene tranquil getaway.

We asked for twin bed room and didn’t get it. My children had to sleep on sofa! Not at all what I expect as a returning guest. Payed to much for this stay when I look at the service I got! Check in and manager aren’t capable!! All the rest of people of restaurant and housekeeping are very friendly and make it nice

We invited clients, coworkers to a traditional Arab dinner. Absolutely perfect, in every way. The staff, the set up, service level. The food, ab fab, totally genuine, in every way. The lamb, unbelievable! Traditionally music . The chefs talked to everyone, explaining, helping. Well wort every dirham. Ritz Carlton, itself , never disappoint you.
