I was so looking forward to a day at the adult only beach club. It was not as I hoped. The service was 1 star and I had to go down to the beach to get the free water we had been told we would get! Food okay but nothing special. Waste of money and bad service.

Had a great dinner at Splendido restaurant, took set menu. Special thanks to Chef and team! I hope we can go often to this amaizing place! Team was great from reservation to service at the restaurant and food are just super TOP Thank you

We visited again last Friday (15th Nov). Once again the alcohol was plentiful and the food was fabulous. I particularly love the Butter Chicken here, to die for. The grill station is excellent. Especially the lamb chops. There was the same two piece acoustic act and they’re very good playing a range of songs such as Pink Floyd, Oasis, Cream, The Beatles. Something for everyone aged over 30 I’d say. Great brunch and we will be going back again soon

Excellent hotel with extremely pleasant staff. Particularly Jafar/Venkatesh/Ramesh. They made our stay very comfortable. The site is wonderful. Exotic garden and private beach. Breakfast great. Highly recommanded.

Currently staying at this amazing hotel....just celebrated my birthday with my daughter this evening .Came to Dubai for the first time Ritz Carlton have made us very welcome and special....enjoying ourselves at this outstanding hotel ...our club room is spacious garden view comfortable feel spoilt and enjoying ourselves immensely.Nothing is too much thank you Ritz Carlton we are feeling very spoilt in room 352.

We celebrated our wedding at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai in November 2019, and our family and ourselves spent a lot of time in the property! We had a memorable experience, it was very difficult to leave! The rooms are spacious and clean, the Housekeeping team is helpful and discreet. The surroundings of the hotel are vaste and green - so many options to eat and relax! We would love to mention some of the associates who were truly wonderful: Luh, Caroline and Sephanee at the Spa, who took care of us and made it very special. Saif, Deepak and team at the Bell Desk. Louise, Anya, Souraya at the Front Office. Daniel, Iftikar, Jacqueline in the F&B Team who made sure our Wedding was perfect, service was attentive and personalized, food was delicious. Mohamed from the Events department. The great team in the Lobby Lounge, Harsh and Angeli in particular. We also enjoyed Caravan, for Friday Brunch and breakfast, where the Manager was always very present and considerate. We might be forgetting some names, but we really wanted to thank all the Ladies & Gentlemen of the Ritz-Carlton Dubai - we will be back. Caroline & Varun Ahuja

My wife and I have been travelling regularly to Dubai for more than 23 years, and in that time we have stayed at virtually all of the 5 star hotels there. However, we always return to the Ritz Carlton JBR. It is elegant, understated, relaxed, luxurious and always incredibly welcoming. The facilities are superb .. especially the gym and the spa. The food is outstanding and the bars and restaurants are superb. However what makes the Ritz Carlton JBR really stand out is the quality of the staff. We always stay in a Club Room, and the staff are consistent amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Mika, Albert, Sylvester and all of the Club staff make everyone's stay smooth and enjoyable. The La Baie pool and lounge bar is a great place to enjoy lunchtime drinks or to sport in the evening. In our opinion, this hotel is one of the best in the world and undoubtedly our first choice in the UAE.

We stayed here for 3 nights end of October. We visited Dubai to see friends and stayed here for the last few days. Although our room was right next to the building site next door we had minimal noise disruption during our stay. If we didn’t turn left on our balcony we had a great view of the gardens and sea. The room was spacious and lovely. Cleaned every day to a good standard. The hotel in itself is lovely, staff are extremely polite and help. Every night we had a drink in the bar. One night we had something to eat with our friends and I’d had 3 glasses of wine. The staff informed me it would be cheaper to buy the bottle so that is what they’d bill me for and they’d keep my 2 glasses for whenever I’d like them as we were going to bed. 2 nights later we went for drinks on our last evening and the barman had remembered without me saying anything. A lovely gesture. The pool areas are lovely, great water slide for our son. A few more sunbeds around the pool would be beneficial, people were looking for them at times. Went to the beach one day which is lovely too. We had a gorgeous afternoon tea which was delicious but far too much for us to eat. Myself and my friend also had a massage in the spa one day which was fantastic. Such polite and lovely staff. Good at breakfast was nice, only downside is the wait for tea and coffee. Both mornings I had to find somebody to ask for it, and one morning I’d said to 3 people before I recieved it. But a small complaint. Dubai is not really somewhere I’d visit again, it’s too built up for me but if I did I would most definitely stay here again.

The Ritz-Carlton, Jumeirah Beach is an incredible hotel! A very polite Bibimuri from Kazakhstan checked us in. Everything went smoothly, and we were led to a simply beautiful, expansive and very cheery room. The decor was very cozy, as it had warm and soothing tones of brown mahogany and yellow fabric. The room had a door that led out to the garden, pool and beach area. The bed was so huge and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was really nice too, plus a little walk-in closet. Room service was delicious. We stayed around Valentine's Day, so a lovely and delightful Puja from housekeeping brought me chocolates and a red rose! She would always come round to turn down our beds and make sure we had everything we needed. She's a real gem! I'd also like to acknowledge Ali, one of the valet guys and Christian at breakfast. All were very, very kind and polite to us. Anelyn and Nancy at the kids club were really cool and my son was sad to part with them. The outdoor surroundings were gorgeous. Pool and beach were great. Breakfast had lots of variety and dinner at the restaurant out by the beach, (forgot the name!), was also very nice. Mehernaz at the spa was awesome as well. Had been to Friday Brunch and Afternoon Tea, (both on a seperate occasions), and it doesn't get any better than this! Everything is world class here! This institution really lives up to the Ritz name and standard and then some! I had a very positive experience at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, and I would most definitely love, love, love to visit again!!!

We had a wonderful stay in RC at Jumeira Beach. Highlite was the giant private beach at JBR. Service was good, attentive and friendly all the time, Club Lounge excellent (thank you Ms. Belle for your courtesy and remebering our names and all our needs every day, this is real RC feeling) and room comfortable. Spa is another highlite with excellent massage treatments. First night was loud because of the XL Beachclub had a big party, but this was only once a week and the windows are soundproof. We will come back.
