Hey, please read the ENTIRE ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's located in a new location in Dubai called Town Square. It gives easy access to the Dubai Expo site, Arabian Ranches Golf Club and the new Dubai Hills mall. There are restaurants and shops that you can to walk too also in the community without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste, and offers a comfortable space for 4 persons.

Our charming 1-bedroom apartment is located on the 9th floor so those scared of heights need not worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include free access to a gym, games room, meeting room, child's play area, music room, cinema and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.!!), you'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

There is a free private car parking space and a huge supermarket close by and some take away restaurants to save you cooking if you choose. For those that love to cycle, there is Al Qudra cycle track moments away, while Studio City that offers a choice of bars and restaurants and is 5/10 minutes by car.

The Neighborhood:
Town Square is a small community offering residents a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of Dubai, yet, close enough that all the major locations are easily accessible.

Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and Uber is available in Dubai if you choose.

Other Things to Note:
SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:
If you require a foldable chair and desk then there is a ONE-TIME rental charge of AED 150

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

AC TEMPARATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
