There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. Dubai Marina is a 5-10 minute drive away with lots of dining and fun options.

Our charming 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor so those who are scared of heights need not to worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym and swimming pool so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

The apartment has a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with smart T.V.!!) There is a large balcony area which is ideal to enjoy a morning coffee which looks over the swimming pool.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal that even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. The apartment is designed to offer all the comforts you will need during your visit to Dubai. There is a washing machine with dryer installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure and a heated towel rail (Bagnodesign).

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

There is a private car parking space and the nearest supermarket/shops are a 5 mins stroll away. The nearest public transport is the Dubai Metro which is either from the Greens or Barsha Heights. Both of which are a 5/10 mins walk away.

The Neighborhood:
The Views forms part off The Greens which is an established development situated alongside The Emirates Golf Club. The residential accommodation suits both professional singles and families. It has its own shopping centre and community amenities and being close to Sheikh Zayed Road it is well connected to other parts of Dubai.

There are ten mid-rise complexes here, each comprising four residential buildings of four to seven storeys. The complexes are built around communal courtyards housing shared swimming pools, gyms, barbecue areas and children’s playgrounds. The apartments range from studios to four bedrooms.

The nearest clinic is Medi Centre located about ten minutes away in neighbouring Al Barsha and the nearest A+E hospital is the Saudi German Hospital. The schools in Al Barsha and Emirates Hills are popular options among expats.

Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and Careem if you prefer.

SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:
If you require a foldable chair and desk then there is a ONE-TIME rental charge of AED 150.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

AC TEMPERATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
