The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, although a thicker/better quality blanket would have made sleeping more comfortable and would have provided a more premium feel. The men's bathroom was not always stocked with towels to dry hands, but was clean overall. Would recommend to others. It provided a calm and comfortable area to rest during my 11 hour layover in Dubai.

It’s a good place for a couple of hrs rest. Can be noisy sometimes when people are coming and going and the sofa bed it’s hard for me who don’t like hard bed it’s was difficult to sleep. Overall it’s better than staying at a bench in the airport but far from a hotel room. Yet staff was very nice and you can have a cup of coffee before leaving I found that pretty cool.

Much better than sleeping in airport chair. Our first time in sleeping pods. Very small quarters, basic, for the 10-12 pods there are 2 small shower stalls, 2 toilet stalls. Everything was adequately clean and we were glad to be able to lie down after long flights. It was quite noisy for overnight sleep with people in and out at all hours and very tight quarters. We would stay again if we had a long layover, or try to book an airport hotel room for a bit more money and better rest.

I booked the property for my parents from Saturday 14 June midnight to Sunday 15 midnight. however when they went to check in they were told its all booked out and their reservation is for Sunday to Monday. They had 8 hour stopover came back home in 16 hour flight extemely tired exhausted. Expedia confirmation was showed to them but they had overbooked and returned them

The ambiance is calm, the lighting is soothing, and everything feels thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail – from the cozy bedding to the convenient power outlets and USB ports. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the airport. If you’re transiting through the airport and need to recharge physically and mentally, I highly recommend Sleep ’n Fly. It’s clean, secure, and offers real peace of mind.
