Staff were extremly kind and friendly. Both at reception and in the restaurant Sofias. The only thing to be wearly is the tour for Soulna beach, whilst its a lovely place to stay for the day it felt like selling a timeshare.

Only open 10 days so a few things left to finish off and the concierge, valet and reception team need to find their ryhthm to create a more seemless and efficient process. That said our stay was great! Superb facilities (pool, gym, restaurant, valet parking), lovely breakfast (they had everything and great service), beautiful decor and friendly, helpful staff.
