No one was available to check in give me the keys. As directed I went to security guard. He told me that since he did not receive my information. He did not allow me to stay on property. I waited for almost one hour. One of the guard was very drunk. I had to request for his supervisor. He showed up in a golf cart. He politely said they usually receive guest info several hours in advance. Since they have not received any of my info. He asked me to leave the property. He even said he had to call the police. So I never checked in. Middle of the night I had to go find another hotel room.
