The host didn’t want to bring us new towels and shower gel in the middle of our 6 days stay. He said that it will be additional charge. Bedroom was smelling moisture. There is a construction next to the property working 24/7. The noise was unbearable. The GF is closed so you have to carry all your stuff to the underground

The location was amazing close to all downtown amenities. But the unit was a little below average. The sofa was dirty. We didn’t have running water for two nights out of the 6 nights we were there. Only 2 towels were provided for the week. Check in process took forever as well.

Burj Kalifa apartment stay

The location was excellent. We had a couple of issues with our particular apartment though. After a couple of coolish showers, we realized that the hot and cold taps in the bathroom were reversed. It would have been helpful to know that right off the bat. We also had issues with the combination lock on the door on our arrival. The building concierge was able to help us with that. The only other problem we had was that our first cab driver wasn’t familiar with the Clarens towers and he dropped us at the wrong place. Fortunately we were able to find another driver who was able to take us to the correct address. It also would have been helpful to have a couple of coffee pods in the room for that first morning. Overall we enjoyed our short stay and would recommend this apartment to others.
