Please note that sharing your arrival time is required and this must be submitted through the check-in form sent once your booking is confirmed. Guest Access:
Staying at Silkhaus, you will also have full access to both balconies, Wifi, and washing machine.
In the tower, common access are granted for the fitness center, the large outdoor pool and your own parking lot.

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check-in and meet our obligations with the Tourism Authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check-in form (in the confirmation email).
Your passport will only serve the following purposes:
1- notify the building security to allow you in
2- register your stay with tourism authorities

The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check-out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.

The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Silkhaus acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Silkhaus under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
