When I checked in front desk staff immediately tried to upsell me a club room in order to get a view from the room which I had already paid for Rooms were not made up and we needed to call to mind them at 5pm and 3pm as we had two rooms Resort seemed understaffed and under resourced as service was terrible Breakfast felt like a feeding frenzy and staff were impatient, rude nor attentive Overall a poor experience especially from a hotel chain like the raffles and to be honest it felt like manager was told to cut costs and make more return from guests

When we checked in the WiFi was down. And they couldn’t make us any key cards to go up and down the elevator and into our rooms which were ready. It didn’t get back on until 9pm Which is fine. But since we were still checked In and we had access to the lounge on the 6th floor. We had to tell someone to let us up or down every time. And every time it was a hassle, the people downstairs would ask us a million times what room, if we were staying there, etc. and it was every time. I understand once or even twice… but I was staying with my son and daughter and my niece. So if they had to go get something or wanted to go to the room it was a pain. There should have been better communication with the staff and letting them know what was happening. We weren’t the only guests that checked in that day. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Wir waren früher schon dort, wo es noch das Kempinski Hotel war. Es ist wirklich schön und wir werden wieder kommen. Was mich aber gestört hat die Besetzung des Liegens früh am Morgen am Strand mit nur einem Buch oder einer Zeitschrift und die Angestellten durften nichts dagegen unternehmen. Auch in der Lounge mit den vielen kleinen Kindern war es immer wieder zu laut für uns. Wir durften 4 Nächte dort verbringen.
