All was great except for the shuttle bus to Dubai Mall. I went 10 mins before bus time kept waiting for 30 mins and everytime I ask when is it coming they tell me 10 mins. Then they informed me the bus was already full so it didn't stop at the hotel and another bus is coming. Had to wait 25 mins more then the guy from the concierge told me no bus is coming and had to take a taxi.

I love the location of this hotel. The restaurants located in the hotel were great especially 777. The staff was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 1 night to explore downtown, property does have a good view, but it is slightly dated, and the room could be organised alittle better. But overall stay was fine, shops accross the hotel if you need anything and you can walk to downtown 20min walk. I would say it is more suited for couples.
