My experience at this hotel was significantly below expectations. The studio I stayed in was approximately 28 years old, noticeably outdated, and equipped with old and worn-out furnishings. The hair dryer was broken and unsafe to use, and the room lacked basic modern amenities such as USB charging outlets.
A major safety concern occurred on the balcony, where there was a large colony of bees. I was stung multiple times while using the clothes rack. As a result, I had to seek medical attention and take prescribed medications. Although I contacted hotel management immediately, the response was delayed. The only solution initially offered was a room change. Eventually, the hotel refunded the unused nights, and we had to leave with eight days remaining on our trip.
The only positive aspect was the pool.
Overall, the stay was not worth the cost. I do not recommend this property, and I suggest choosing another place when visiting Dubai/UAE.
