Taxi drivers have no clue were this place is. They have shuttle busses but they have a ser schedule and we never got the chance to do it.

The hotel was modern and well maintained. The lobby, though small, served its function (more seating would have been nice) and had a Costas brand coffee cart (did not buy coffee drink). 2 computer screens were available in the lobby to check in online at my airline but the attached printer did not work. The desk staff had me email my boarding pass to her hotel email account and then she printed it off for me promptly. Free WiFi (no password required). Room was quiet (except for the soccer team getting off the elevator at midnight and talking too loudly - they quieted down once I asked them) and very comfortable. Room darkening curtains took a little tugging to get them to close/open but did a good job. No washcloth in the bathroom. Bath/shampoo and hand soap provided via dispensers. No electrical outlets on the side of the room where the bed is - meaning you could only plug in your electronics at the desk or at the vanity area (bring an extension cord!). Room felt spacious considering the very affordable price. Bathroom on the small size - clambering in and out of the combined shower/bath tub is not for someone with limited mobility as the sink partially blocks the entrance. Took awhile for the hot water to appear at the sink. The room keycard had to be placed in to the holder by the door in order for the light fixture switches to work - took a few minutes to figure that out on my own - a great power saving device as the lights turn off after the keycard is removed.

I did not get to stay at this hotel. They could not find my booking so I will be calling Orbitz for my money back. I'm not happy at all.

the most important asset in this hotel is: they have a very helpful staff ....

everything was fine. I advise DSO Premier inn must do more offers and discounts.

Excellent hotel, very clean and very close to Dubai Silicon Oasis. Took taxis into town when neded and they cost no more than $20, took ~20-mins. Recommend staying here if you have business at DSO.

It is out away from the city, but we had our own car, and there was plenty of parking. It is right next to an interchange, and the signage can be confusing for some, but that's not the hotel's fault. We traveled with a 1.5 year-old and a 3.5 year-old. They set up the room as a "family room." Basically, they removed the back cushions from the couch to make a bed, and then pulled a trundle out from under the main bed so that they room had 4 sleeping spaces. We brought our own travel crib, so no idea about the hotel's provision of a crib. We really only slept at the hotel, so no idea about the other aspects there.

By taxi, cost AED80 from airport and AED40 to Dubai Mall. They have shuttle service almost twice a day. Clean room and kind staff.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. We are vegans, and there are a lot of options for vegans on the menu in the restaurant. I would definitely go again!
