the facility itself seems new and clean which is a plus, and plenty onsite parking. but that is all the positive there was. only the bare minimal was provided: no shampoo, no soap, only 1 hand towel for two people. but this was not the real issue. we reserved for one night even though we were going to be there only till 11 pm so basically 4 hours, and for only one purpose: to get some sleep. we did not get any. why? the pillow is about 15 cm thick and super hard. i ended up using my coat as the pillow. what happened after takes the real cake. when we got in bed, the phone in the room rang, which was strange as no one should be calling us in the room in dubai! but after two rings it stopped, so i assumed it must have been a mistake. about an hour later when we were sleeping, someone knocked on our door. again, 100% strange as we do not know anyone in this country. still, i got out of bed in my underwear, opened the door, there was this woman who checked me in and knew we were leaving in a few hours and needed rest, and she was with another black woman, she saw me in my underwear and proceeded to ask me to go downstairs with them because "they need to discuss something with me."there is no word to describe my disbelief of what was happening. i asked her what it was, turned out she forgot to ask me to pay 10 AED at the check in. so for $2.69, not only did she wake us up, she also felt it was necessary to drag me downstairs in the middle of my rest.

Great location

We have stayed here a few times as excellent location for airport with a shuttle bus every 30 minutes. Getting refurbished at the moment. Nice big room and comfortable bed. Restaurant downstairs has lovely food.

Great 1 night stay and would return.

Check in was 0200hrs had 3 staff working who were professional and efficient. Hotel has 24hr Costa on site and appeared clean in all areas. Room was adequate size for 2 adults and 2 children. Beds were comfortable and water, tea and coffee was supplied free of charge.
