It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Dubai Marina and literally 5 minutes from the public sandy beaches. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk to without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. The JBR walk and Bluewaters Island is a 2-minute walk away with more options for dining and fun.

Our charming 3 bedroom apartment is located on 3rd floor so those who are scared of heights need not to worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include free access to a gym and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.!!), you'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee.

There is a free private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is less than a 2-minute walk away as well as other useful shops. The nearest public transport is the Dubai tram in which the stop is right outside the building.

Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and of course Uber if your prefer.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
