Rigid condescending management
I have generally had positive experiences at other Park Inn hotels but this one was well below expectations. Room was not clean and had a vomit smell. Water pressure in toilet and shower were weak and the toilet leaked. We requested it be fixed and were assured it would be however only the water pressure in the toilet was fixed. Our door also didn't lock properly from the inside. Beds were also as hard as rocks.
Hotel is nice, staff helpful, not the best location though
