Its my 3rd time...staying in park rediges hotel Awesome amazing experience
Great location for a tourists, as this hotel is closed to public transit and great food options around the hotel. Staff is accommodating to an extent - they allowed us early check-in, when we asked for a disposable plate, they charged AED 1:00 though they had few restaurants at the facility. Hotel doesn't have heating, so if you are traveling when temperatures are unusually cold (like it happened to us), you just need to turn off AC and let the room warm up. I believe they usually don't ever need heating. Morning breakfast is offered in two restaurants one indian and one continental, average food, but quality is good. Overall good place to stay.
The front desk staff (Rommel) totally sullened this experience for me, he wasn’t pleasant, and didn’t listen to my request. Every person after him seemed over zealous and cordial to me—which confused me a bit. Even the room service staff were kind!
Always a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. The reception/lobby needs airconditioning.

Rooms needed updated badly. Carpet and lampshades were dirty. Great view of city from pool. 10 minute walk from ADCB and BurJuman metro stations. Hotel staff provided top-notch service at all times.
An excellent place to stay. The staff in particular are as polite and diligent as can be.
Staff are so friendly, accomodating, and welcoming! I love the breath taking view from the roof top and from my room!
