Badly maintained with non responsive staff.

Decent location, with 5-7 min drive to Dubai mall. Nearest Metro station is Business Bay which is 15-20 min walk. Also there is Almaya supermarket downstairs. But the Apartment is poorly maintained. Untidy and dirty linen, filthy floor cushions that you don't feel like even touching them. Bathroom floor mat was full soaking wet and soiled at the time of check-in. There was water leakage in kitchen.. Also there is a lot of construction going on nearby so the requirement of cleaning is all the more.

Didn't get any communication from owners and substandard communication from Hotels.com for at least a week before I arrived. I wanted to check I could get in as I was arriving late and a single female. Hotels.com eventually gave me their email the day before arrival and they arranged to meet me there. Taxi drivers and Ubers found the place very difficult to find. Overall though the room was excellent, clean, great location, supermarket downstairs, good wifi and all amenities. Just need a shower curtain as water goes everywhere when showering

One week in Dubai

A perfect place to stay away. It is an apartment in a 34 stock dwelling house. There are 9 construction sites in a radius of 200 meters. The owner or their employees of the apartment were almous impossible to get contact within the visit. No cleaning, no toaletpaper etc. They twice tried to overcharge us and we had to get contact with hotels.com. Location in downtown Dubai is good otherwise not recommended.
