This hotel is close to the world trade center which was convenient for us. Not convenient? Taking 45 minutes to check in (only for the room key not to work!), the unfriendly/apathetic staff, housekeeping staff trying to clean our room at 10:45pm, the mysterious blue stains on our room's carpet, or the mattresses that would make a boulder look plush.
