The hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and made our vacation worry-free. The only negative is the restaurant Wagamama that's located on the property. The service was horrible. I went to dine in with my son one time. They forgot our order and we waited for an hour and a half for our soup. So then I just ask them to pack it to go. When I got to my room, I found that they gave us someone else's leftovers. So disgusting. I took it back and complained to the manager. I asked for new food and a full refund because of their horrible service. When she refused, I said keep the food and I want my money back. Never again. This restaurant is not on the same level of service that I would expect from Crowne Plaza.
