I had a wonderful experience. Excellent service, wonderful buffet.
Good hotel, with professional staff and facilities. The only concern i have, its hotel staff ability to provide the service to the clients, without making a strange demands, like in my case, prior to my arrival, i ask hotel staff to arrange my pick up from airport, but hotel staff demanded my credit card number or pick up would not be provided, even it I prepaid my stay at the hotel, 3 months in advance. In other situation i may provide my credit card, but i was on the road, and used a public WIFI services, so i didn't want to take a chances, so i refused that demand, and just took a taxi from airport, and i glad i did , it was 3 times cheaper then to use hotel airport pick up services. So my advice to future travelers who still want to book this hotel, to use just a regular airport taxi in order to avoid hassle with the hotel pick up services of this hotel and price for that service that 3 times more expensive that regular taxi. The regular price is around $25-$28. The hotel pick up service cost is around $60.

Awesome job, friendly, great restaurants/bars. Good area, one thing I didn't like was you had to pay for wifi, didn't except that from such a venue. Otherwise good.

I found the location perfoect in relation to the airport and our next day destination at Atlantis The Palm. Friendly staff, clean.
