Amazing hotel and staff! We’ve been staying for almost 14days, the staff was great amazing. From the Vallet and security every time we are arriving. The bell persons who’s assisting you all the time,Francis, Muhammad and nipping. The Receptionist who’s always greetings with the BIG smile Harpeet and Marcus. The operator which is available 24/7 karen,Mysa and the Filipino guy👌🏼

I love this kind of hotel, it was like being in your own apt. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and well-stocked. Really nice staff checking in and out the next day. Large outdoor pools w hot tubs. The restaurants are very nice and the room service was speedy and friendly. The location was close to everything, only 10 min away from Dubai Mall and downtown. A really nice place to stay

I stayed for 5 nights at The Marriot Jaddaf the service has become much better then before I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom for free. The room service food has become much much better I really enjoyed my self at this property this time.

We arrived to the hotel at 8 am and the hotel was fully booked the night before but Marcus was very helpful and arranged for us very nice apartment after couple of hours and was very helpful. The hotel is 10 min away from Dubai mall, swimming pool is nice and the 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for family of 5. The big big thank you is for the super star Harpreet that went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable, i gave her very short notice to make surprise for my wife on the 8th of March and she arranged for me very nice flower bouquet with amazing colors and my wife was super happy, also requested for late check out and she gave me very late check out, Really from my heart thank you so so much harpreet for your amazing hospitality, the reason that we are always coming back because of amazing staff like you. Also thank to Adel Front desk supervisor and magdy from Houskeeping and the amazing guy that was working night shift and always bothering him asking for key. I will recommend this hotel for all my family and friends.

I must be honest, I don't stay at Marriott's hotels normally and I was certain I would be far less than happy should I do so but I had to extend my trip by 5 days and decided to move from JBR to some place closer to where I needed to be and Marriott Executive Apartments Al Jaddaf Dubai was the only one. So with much reluctance I booked a 5 day stay there and was very much surprised. The one bedroom apartment was perfect, very clean and comfortable, exactly what I was looking for. Scots American Grill was perfection. The wild sauteed mushrooms are always perfect. I ate there twice and both times were the best meals I had in the three weeks I was in Dubai. The last meal I had before leaving I chose to return to the Scots American Grill and the lamb chops were absolutely perfect and although I usually do not care for mint sauce they actually make an herb and mint sauce that was absolutely delicious. I also do not normally care for liver pate which is one of three condiments they serve with their fresh backed bread and I found it to be utterly delicious. One of the chefs, Gloria surprised me at the end of my meal with a chocolate cake with caramel popcorn and I truly wished I had room to eat the entire cake if I could of it was that delicious, chocolatey, rich and yet very light at the same time. They also have a wonder Merlot that I thoroughly enjoyed at both meals. I am very glad I chose my final meal in Dubai to be at the Scots American Grill and truly appreciate the Gloria and the serving staff who made each meal memorable. I also enjoyed their spa where I had a hot stone massage and a facial that was given to me by Puii that was completely relaxing and enjoyable. Puii was excellent and made the experience that much better. I also added the breakfast buffet to my stay which I normal do not often eat breakfast but it's cheaper to add to your room so I thought why not. Although I do not eat much at breakfast, they have a good buffet with enough choices, fresh made juices, and good coffee but it is their staff once again that truly make the moment better. Special thanks to Leah who served my table for all but one morning that I dined for breakfast. Her service and efforts to ensure I had everything I could need or want was very much appreciated. I will definitely be returning due to the great accommodations, the excellent food and service at the Scots American Grill, and above all their amazing staff from servers to chefs and hotel staff that go out of their way to do everything they possibly can to ensure you have the best stay. There was nothing that I could ask for that they would not accommodate. Their staff is by far their very best asset.

I stayed at the Marriott Al Jaddaf at the first time for my Dad's birthday trip. Thanks to Harpheet, we had a great time. She is very caring person and professional, her hospitality is very impressive. We enjoyed staying at the hotel with a great view of the burj khalifa. Also, we received a complimentary birthday cake for my dad, and he was so impressed by that! I stayed the Marquis Dubai in the past and I really liked the hotel. But the room, view and hospitality are way better than the Marquis, so will definitely go back to the Al Jaddaf. Thank you so much for your entire great service !!!

As Lifetime Platinum Elite members, we have become accustomed to a certain level of service, and have always appreciated it. That’s w why this property was such a HUGE letdown. After reading the positive reviews, we booked the apartments (3 bedroom) for our family NYE celebration. It’s proximity to the Burj Khalifa made it the perfect place to view the world renowned fireworks. Then came the shortcomings, beginning with their check-in, where we were informed we would have to pay extra for Executive Lounge access. That access has always been included in any stay with Marriott, and we made that clear to the adjacent hotel manager, but to no avail. He flat out said he could not help us. Huh? Platinum elite and that’s the best you can do? We paid the fee as we had no choice. Then we got to the apartment. Smelled of smoke in the living area. The carpet was dirty, as were the furnishings ( glass stains/circles on tables, dirty/stained upholstery ). We were hopeful the odor would dissipate, and the rest of the place was ok and had a great view of the Burj Khalifa. Housekeeping was another story, as we went two days without it and the cigarette smell lingered, not to mention the balcony off the living area was covered in butts. We complained about it and someone was sent up. The housekeeper asked how we were enjoying our stay and we let him know our concerns. He immediately called the manager of housekeeping, Maya, who upon her arrival, said this apartment should never been offered because it’s so dirty. She said she would find another apt. for us and also would refund the money we paid for lounge access. We finally ended up moving to two separate rooms. They were clean and comfortable, and we were grateful for her help. The rest of the stay was uneventful, thank goodness, but it certainly was not the way we wanted to end the old year and start 2019.

Well, we started with a delayed check-in due to the holidays, so I was skeptical. By the time we went to bed, all was clearly positive and relaxing thanks mostly to the staff; all the staff. We spent three nights that we consider the best we ever had in Dubai given we have been there many times. The apartment was very spacious, well-organized, extremely comfortable and with very good view. I think we would have preferred the other side overlooking Burj Khalifa, but we were OK. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. They cleaned the place everyday and left more complimentary water and coffee though sometimes we still had a bottle or two from the day before. The pool on the 8th floor was heated and well-maintained; no hint of chlorine or algae in the water. The area provided fantastic opportunity for pictures of Burj Khalifa and more. One of the things we care about is the quality of the Internet and TV. Here, though the Internet was free, it was very fast and the TV was loaded with over 100 channels. We had dinner on the first night and breakfast every day. The food and the service were exemplary. We did not the other times as we were out and about returning late to the hotel. By the time we left, the family and I new many of the staff on first name basis. We enjoyed our stay and promise to be back again.

Stayed at this lovely hotel with impeccable staff and room quality- well furnished with my family. We had a 3 bedroom apartment featuring views of the Burj Khalifa and city scape. The hotel felt new-ish and everything was in wonderful condition. Transport was readily available through taxis which were always waiting at the property. The only reason why this isn’t a 5-star property is that it’s in the middle of nowhere. The only thing in walking distance nearby is a petrol station with a small corner shop and a fast food restaurant. However, Wafi Mall is well within a 10-minute drive away and Dubai Mall is not much farther away than that. It’s also not that far away from the airport. It’s a good business hotel and a great value for money.

In my review I can offer the following: Pros 1. Excellent customer service. 2. Lovely hotel and facilities. 3. Beautiful restaurant and dining (guests offered a discount on food and drink). 4. Choice of 2 rooftop swimming pools. 5. Steam room and sauna available. 6. In-house spa with luxurious treatments on offer (sadly we did not have time to treat ourselves). 7. Apartment cleaned and beds made every day. 8. Concierge always happy to assist in any way. Cons 1. Extensive construction currently underway around the ENTIRE hotel complex. There are no grounds to speak of and views are minimal. One cannot walk around the hotel to take in the sights as there are no footpaths. 2. Windows are extremely dirty due to the construction hampering the views further. Even the evening lights from the city were blurry due to the sand. 3. Bring your own hairdryer as the ones supplied by the hotel are dismal. 4. More shuttle services should be offered due to the heavy construction in the area. 5. The lighting in the master bathroom was quite dim. I would be interested to see how this area develops and looks once all of the construction is complete. Unfortunately I think this is some time away. If the area was more inviting, I would stay at this hotel again. As I said earlier, the staff offer excellent service and we were always greeted by happy employees.
