Disliked: Cleanliness
Unfortunate and highly disappointing stay. This place looks like a 5 star penthouse in pictures but the reality is very different. Upon arrival, it wasn’t properly cleaned (dirty carpets, cigarettes all over balcony, and dust/dirt all over pool area). The onsite manager wasn’t helpful at all, never having answers to any of our questions. The apartment was lacking several basic things from the kitchen to bathroom that made things unpleasant. On top of all this, no sense of security as the host used the same code for his other property and we had strangers access and enter our unit while my family was getting ready. I tried resolving these concerns privately but the host refused accountability and offered no solution or help. Save your money and stay elsewhere to experience the best of Dubai that you expect on vacation.
