Our premium and magical newly designed 3 bedrooms apartment is located in Downtown Dubai (Burj Vista Tower 1), on the Boulevard, in front of the Burj Khalifa and the famous fountain, next to the Dubai Mall, where all the action of Dubai happens.



This is a 5-minute walk from the famous Dubai Mall, the beautiful Burj Khalifa and the excitement of the mall's cinemas, restaurants, ice skating rink, Kidzania and so much more.

The Space:

This beautifully furnished 3 bedrooms apartment will make you feel like you are in a luxurious 5 star hotel. The apartment also comes with a parking for your car, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a kids area and a business centre.



The master bedroom uses a 200x200cm bed with its ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom uses a 180x200cm bed. The third bedroom with two single 120x200 beds with its connected bathroom.



Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with Nespresso machine, a toaster, kettle, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more.



We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others.

Please note: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A copy of all guests' passports is required before check-in, and a check-in form must be signed upon arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, with a fine of AED 500. Lost access cards will incur a fine of AED 500, and lost keys AED 200.
