Welcome to an elegant 2-bedroom apartment in the prestigious Grand Bleu
Tower by Elie Saab & Emaar. This stunning residence offers high-end

The space
The living area is designed for comfort, featuring large sofas, a
dining table for six, and a wall-mounted Frame TV. The custom ceiling
lighting creates a warm and inviting ambiance in the evenings. The open
kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a fridge,
dishwasher, and stove, ensuring a seamless experience.
The master bedroom is beautifully styled with decorative walls, a
king-sized bed, a dresser, full-length mirrors, and a private balcony.
It includes a spacious wardrobe area and an en-suite bathroom with a
separate shower unit and double sink. The second bedroom is furnished
with a king bed and vanity unit, with a dedicated bathroom right next
to it.
As a guest, you will have access to exclusive amenities, including
private beach access, an infinity-edge swimming pool, a BBQ area, a
lounge room, a kids' play area, and beautifully landscaped gardens. The

construction activity may be present in the surrounding area. This may
cause occasional daytime noise, but we do our best to ensure a
comfortable and pleasant stay.
