Hey, please read the ENTIRE ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on and literally 10 minutes by car from the public sandy beaches. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste. The JBR walk and Bluewaters Island is 10/15 minutes away with more options for dining and fun.

Our charming 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 33rd floor so the views are fantastic. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include free access to a gym and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.!!), you'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

There is a free private car parking spaces and a supermarket just less than 20 mins walk away and some take away restaurants to save you cooking. The nearest public transport is the Dubai Metro which is a 10 min walk away or so.

The Neighborhood:
Jumeirah Lakes Towers (more commonly known as JLT) is one of Dubai’s most popular neighbourhoods for Dubai’s expat community. Packed full of cool bars, lively restaurants and cute cafés, it’s a top place to grab a drink and a bite to eat. However, there are also loads of salons, gyms and activities to check out it’s home to an escape room or two – if you’re into that kind of thing.

JLT is one of the largest residential areas in new Dubai – with nearly 70 buildings spread out across 26 clusters and around three lakes, the area is now home to more than 35,000 residents. Like a lot of areas in Dubai it’s hard to believe that this is one of the newer developments in the city, with the first tower being completed in 2006 and about 80 percent of the rest being completed in 2011.

With the rents being significantly lower than Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence, yet being just a ten-minute taxi ride from there, JLT has become one of the most desirable places to live in the city and one of the most up-and-coming neighbourhoods.

During the cooler months you’ll find residents rollerblading, cycling, jogging and strolling around the smooth promenades that line the lakes which has created a calm, almost serene space, insulated from Dubai’s frenetic pace.

Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of Taxis and Ubers.

SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR & DESK:
If you require foldable chair and desk then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of 150AED

If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

AC TEMPARATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
