Stayed here for a total of 5 nights. My room was gigantic! Possibly the biggest hotel room ive had to date. There are multiple cheap eats within the area, fantastic for budget backpackers. The staff are abit off hand and rude, but you only deal with them on arrival. 7/10 from me. Ps. Decent wifi

It's not my intention to share this review here in TripAdvisor;however, even though I sent an email to them to address my concerns accordingly, I did not receive any response from their side. Myself and my partner had been staying in so many hotels in Dubai and our stay in Landmark was the lowest one. I felt very disappointed because I and my partner are working very hard and whenever we have a chance to relax, we usually go to hotels and we are very disappointed with our experience. Please see below points for your corrective action: · Upon check-in, we entered the hotel and received no smiles nor greetings from the reception. We just shrug it off and think that they are tired, busy or just because of the weather. Also, the check in process took a long of a time. · the room was small; however, it was not an issue with us. The only constructive comment that I can share was when we entered the room there was an awkward smell. Maybe your team needs to check rooms before releasing it to guests. Also, in the bathroom, there is only 1 big towel available for us to use. I think they should have provided 2 towels because we booked for 2 persons. ·We requested for 2 slippers and we waited for too long. More than 30 minutes and we our room is only located in the 1st floor! We called reception to follow up and the lady just reacted that what? It didn’t arrive yet?. This made us think that your team does have enough communication. ·The thing that made our stay worst than ever was when we are about to sleep, we heard a door bang so loud which disturbed us. At first, we ignored it. However, the banging of the door continued until midnight. We did our own investigation and found out that the banging of the door is from the service door beside our room (R113). We called reception to complain but then they just said that they will check. They didn’t even apologise and also did not call us back to check if everything's fine. By the way, the door banging continued until we checked out. This made our stay very stressful. ·Your reception team needs to have a refresher trainer about Hospitality. They never smile and even greet guests. Maybe because we are Asians? And maybe because we paid a low amount that is why their service is like that? · Few hours before we check out, we personally went down to ask reception if they can give us late check out. At that time, they only have one guest in front of them and they are 2 receptionist manning the area. One receptionist is busy with other guest and the other with the computer. I mean, come on, we are standing in front of him and he never looked at us just to inform us that he’ll be with us in a minute. Fortunately, one team member, I think he is part of the concierge team, he is wearing white polo t-shirt. He is, by the way, the first person who is accommodating and smiled at us. Also gave us until 1.30 for check out. All in all, we felt very bad because we spend our off days here and left very unsatisfied. You have a nice property and we expected a lot more from your team.

Apart from the rooms being small, the bathrooms are impossible. The room was far from soundproof. The worst part of this property is the arrogance of the staff. From the front desk to the management. Truly disappointed!!!

This is one of the finest 04 Star hotels I stayed in Dubai, I was there from 23 – 25 Apr to attend a tour operators event. I booked this hotel without reading any review and it was the correct decision. The Hotel located at Alrigga road which is separated from the hotel building by one parking lot and hardly 02 minutes walk. AlRigga road is most happening venue in Diera Dubai and whatever the hotel name I always want to stay at or near AlRigga, this area is full of International food chains and restaurants, the oldest mall Al Ghurair is just across the road, you get almost everything you need during your stay. Besides the convenient location, Hotel has most comfortable room with all amenities, compare to rooms, bath rooms are smaller but yet functional. Linen is clean and beds are reasonable sized. . This is more like family Hotel and thus I didn’t find any bar or night club in the premises. Hotel offers its own beauty parlor and Health Center. Staff is really helpful and they make all efforts to make stay comfortable. Specially Reception and Duty manage Mr. Muhammad is very co operative. Breakfast hall at ground floor is large enough to accommodate the guest at a time. Its not having Main AlRigga road entrance yet you can spot it from main road and you get all the fine dining options, restaurants & bars at two minutes walk from hotel, 06 -07 minute walk to AlRigga metro or Union metro station. There is Mini Super Market & Deli just at front of hotel. In general I highly recommend this hotel either for leisure or business specially if traveling with family and kids.

Always I love to be in this hotel I like from room comfort till the Tv channels all where good before when I used to stay there This time every thing was upside down starting from reception I blv arabic guy who checked me in I dnt know as he was giving me room for free no smile no greetings and given me a smoking room on the corner which smells like someone puked in the wash room we went to check washroom later then we realized this smell and asked for room change and I got the answer no rooms available.Landmark brand needs to have a serious look on this area as you are in customer service area. I hope next time they will rectify it with a compensation on this complaint.Hotel can contact me on my email nithinprem85

We stayed at this hotel last year so decided to stay again this year. The hotel is very good but starting to look a bit tired in places. Our bathroom was a bit tired looking. We were in room 310 on the 3rd floor which overlooked Al Riqqa Rd which we were happy with. It also overlooked the childrens fairground which starts up at about 7pm and goes on till around midnight. We didn't mind this but if you are a light sleeper the noise from the dodgem cars may keep you awake. The staff are very friendly and the housekeeper who looked after our room 310 was brilliant. He was always smiling and ready to help and he really made a difference to us.The bed in our room was HUGE. It must have been 7 foot wide. This hotel is central for the Union Metro station and the shops and restaurants on Al Riqqa Rd. The hotel restaurant does a varied self service breakfast. (The fairground is only for small children)

Smooth check-in, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and offer minibar and television - unfortunately our remote control for the tv was broken and the fridge/minibar did not cool, but apart from this the room was fine. Wi-fi worked fine 90% of the time. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of food and even offered the "Omelet man" which would prepare your eggs according to your wishes. Neat little swimming pool on the top, not too big - but not a problem as it was never full during our stay. 9 sunbeds up on the rooftop, might get crowded during peak season. Good location - within walking distance of a large supermarket, the metro station "Union" and all the shops at Baniyas Square and Al Sakhba Road - close to the airport as well. We had room 106, and as there were soccer matches on the pitches outside of the hotel every night around midnight this gave a little bit of noise-so if you are very sensitive, a room on the other side (un-even numbers) might be better.

I booked the delight hall for my daughter's baptism last april 6. It was indeed a success, because of their great menus. The foods are all delicious and mouth watering. I gave 4 star because the last star is for the air-conditioning. It's a bit hot.

Rooms were disguating. Pee stains on the toilet seat. Room was damp and smelled. No hot water in the room, when i phoned to ask about it they said theyd check it out but obviusly never did. i asked for a wake up call at 4.30 which was 20 minutes late. I asked if we could get out hotel to airport transport earlier than the first suggested time and they said they couldnt, instead we left 10 minutes late from the hotel. Staff were rude and not helpful. Do not stay here
