The location of Hotel Landmark Grand is good, but the entrance is not from Al-Riqqa road side. its from inner street which adds 100 meters more to reach to food street or Al Ghurair Center. My room was on 6th Floor and a smoking zone. comfortable for my partner who smoke. the Bar was good in the room. there was electric kettle with tea bags and milk coffee etc along with 2 bottles of mineral water daily free. The WIFI was good. though the signals were not strong but stability was good. There is a shuttle facility from hotel to airport but it is too expensive ( if you include this facility while booking if the option is there than its free ) The breakfast is OK. The quality of available food was OK. Toiletries supplied were OK. When I arrived at the facility all was ok except the hotel was short of Plastic keys. Funny isn't it. I got it on the third day on demand as we were two people so have to manage with one key was difficult. The cleanliness was good. No odor, The facility is not very near to Metro station. Its near to Union Metro station (about 600 Mtrs. as compare to Al Riqqa Metro Station. Overall ambiance is normal. there was no noise or other things of nuisance. The room sizes are of good spacious size compare to other hotels.

Very handy for eating out and very close to metro station . Hotel was ok . Shopping maul only 5 min from hotel . A day ticket on metro works out at £5 . Metro to the creek station then boat across the creek cost 1drm E/w .also a trip to the Dubai Marina is nice.

Nice 4 star hotel, located 5min walk from Union Metro Station and 5min walk to Al Ghurair Mall. Airport is only 10-15min drive or 15min metro. Hotel has professional staff, check in is very quick and room is usually offered sooner than promised. Roof pool and gym open till late. Good variety of breakfast, eggs made to order.

We had an Emirates two night package staying at the Landmark Grand Hotel in the Deira area. It wasn’t quite at the standard we expected for a four star category hotel. The size of the room was quite spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. The night desk clerk advised us that we had been upgraded to a junior suite, which was pleasing, but it turned out that it was an extension of the sleeping area separated by a television set into a partitioned wall and furnished with a chair and settee with an unsightly stain on the seat. Nevertheless, we had a comfortable night’s sleep and were looking forward to exploring the attractions of Dubai. Breakfast was a big disappointment. There was a limited selection of dishes available from the buffet, and the single staff member in attendance appeared to be seemingly disinterested in servicing the few people occupying the dining room (a half dozen at the most), It was on our return journey stopover that we discovered that there was a kitchen staff member servicing an egg station (omelettes, etc). This wasn’t evident on our first visit. As we had purchased an Emirates stopover package, we were locked into staying at the Landmark Grand on our return journey from Europe. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 3.30 am, but didn’t get access to our room until more than 1.30 hours later. On checking in at the hotel, the night desk clerk couldn’t find our reservation and eventually advised us that it had been cancelled. Until the hotel were able to confirm our booking with Emirates during office hours, we were asked to pay a refundable deposit of $150 before they were prepared to allow us to check in for the remainder of the night. We weren’t prepared to do this as we’d already paid in advance. Eventually, they allowed us to gain access to our room at approx 5.00 am, by which time we were exhausted. When we checked with the reception desk later in the day, the matter had been sorted but no apology was offered for the inconvenience we’d been subjected to. I would not consider staying at this hotel in the future.

Emirates help desk at the airport booked the hotel for us. Got a prompt ride to and from the airport. Friendly staff. Metro station and restaurants are 2min walk from the hotel . We had a comfortable over night stay in Dubai.

spent one night at this hotel and it smelt disgusting we had the cleaner spray the room several times to eliminate the moldy smell. We chose this hotel as it was the one recommended at Dubai airport. BIG MISTAKE!

Unfortunately we checked in here yesterday at 2 am following an international flight. We had booked the hotel on recommendation from Emirates and their stopover package. It took 6 members of staff nearly half an hour to confirm the booking and allocate us a room. Trip Advisor reviews indicated that it was a good place to stay. However the was mould in the shower and the heat adjustment for the shower was broken. Great sheets though, crisp and clean. We checked out next morning even though we were booked for three days. The exterior appeared very inviting but the foyer entrance left a lot to be desired.

My time spent there was awesome, the staff were nice and helpful and always willing to assist. The room was nice and cozy and i liked the fact that it shuts out all the noise of the neighborhood. The food was great, the breakfast was superb. Highly recommended.

Staycation is fun especially with your love ones. A memorable short stay at a convenient hotel. Near to malls and Metro station which is a very good place to stay. They have friendly staff and good food as well. The room is clean and spacious. My daughter enjoyed her swimming time though the pool is bit small but enjoyable for a child. Happy family having stayed in this hotel.

Good, clean & quiet rest to freshen up before next journey, in Deira so its close to heart of the old city for a quick late supper. Plenty of taxis all day long. Will stay again nextime...👍 Also free airport shuttle...👍👍
