It’s a beautiful resort catering to the masses. There’s no real personal touch given to guests. It’s located in the Palm area so walking around and finding dining options or other shops is not accessible. On all our travel, this was the only resort that didn’t acknowledge our Expedia status and give us any perks like room upgrade or free drink or even a card welcoming us like other hotels had. There was no genuine sincerity in their customer service.

The worst of it is you have to pay for the water you need to drink half and a half port does not save us. We still have to pay $36 for a small bottle of water that is insane.

Issue with the bill and wrongly charged cost. We had to depart for the airport at 12:20am so cleared the bill. When handing back the room keys at 12am the front desk demanded more money from us telling us we had not paid some of our charges. It took us more than 30 min to sort this making us very late for our flight.

A superb-high standard hotel, with the most friendly of staff. The choice of restaurant and standard of food was way above any other hotel we've experienced. The pool are was very nice; especially the adult only area. The only criticism is the pool, where the sides of the pool could have been cleaned more regularly. This stay was for a special birthday celebration with my wife - it didn't let us down. We will definitely be coming back.

The staff and front desk managers went out of their way to accommodate our requests. And did so very promptly. they also spoilt us with little free gifts like bowls of fruit, boxes of chocolates, et cetera.

This hotel and staff were superb! We enjoyed our stay as a family, everyone is so attentive and friendly. The restaurants and room service offered great variety of food, at all times! We had great coffee and drinks. The pool is beautiful, the hotel is wonderful. Thank you for an amazing stay! We would def be back.
