My husband and I loved the hotel since we arrived . It is luxurious and have attentive/friendly staff that will make your stay memorable .

I really love the hotel. The staff are very nice and professional

The intention of this review is to help inform future guests of the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray directly from my experiences at the hotel during my 25-hour stopover in Dubai. The Hotel Facilities Review: The Talise Ottoman Spa was the primary reason we booked this hotel, instead of the Marquis, despite the far driving distance to some of Dubai's main attractions. Upon arriving early we visited the spa to inquire information about the services and hours of operation. The woman staff member told us they closed at 10PM, which we learned was incorrect as we came in just before 9PM and they informed us that they were closed. This was one of the biggest let downs of the short stopover as we were ready for this unique experience. The Imperial Resturant: After Emirates withheld my friend's luggage without informing us as to the whereabouts of the bag, we visited the Rib Room were the hostess politely asked my friend to put on trousers instead of shorts which unfortunately was not an option. Instead, we decided to visit the Imperial Restaurant which offered a $75 USD/person buffet. The food was better than average, especially for a buffet, however, the hostess informed us that promptly at 11PM they closed and put away the food (very accurate). After our long day, we decided to eat there, disappointed to eat hastily with limited options. It was satisfying to hear the hostess say that she would be equally as discouraged after paying so much to eat so quickly. I would choose elsewhere.

The quality of the rooms, the food, the service, and the hotel in general was e cons to none. If I had one small gripe it would be with the kids club and the lack of organized activities and overall quality of staff there. It wasn’t awful, just not up to the quality standards of everything else in the hotel. Our kids 5 and 7 were a bit bored there and ended up spending significantly less time there than we imagined. Every other kids club we have ever had, the kids have begged us to stay.

Hotel staffs are nice. Decor is beautiful for Christmas seasons. Food is good.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are in great shape. It is a bit remote so it is more for a relaxing stay than an active sightseeing holiday - unless you want to spend a lot of travel time and some money on taxis. The restaurants are fine - the buffet restaurant is of limited quality and surely not worth the money they are asking. The Rib House restaurant has great meat. The breakfast is fine - but I have had better in Dubai at that price. All in all I would stay there again.
